Private medical insurance
Bupa patients: please provide your membership number and authorisation code before your appointment. Do check whether your policy carries an excess, as any shortfall in fees is the patient's responsibility.
For all other insurers, I will provide a receipt you can claim back. See the Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation policy
I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. As a busy physiotherapist I usually have a waiting list, so with more than 24 hours' notice I can normally fill your slot, which means you will not be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full fee.
