Physiotherapy-led Strength & Conditioning

Safe, effective training to recover from injury, prepare for or rebuild after surgery, and perform, taught by a physiotherapist and qualified Strength & Conditioning coach.

I have spent more than four decades weight training, first to sustain my career as a professional dancer, and now as a physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning coach. I prescribe and teach exercise to help you recover from injury, prepare for surgery or rebuild afterwards, and train safely and effectively whether at the gym or at home.

These sessions suit everyone from people returning to everyday activity to recreational and elite athletes, each one tailored to your sport and your goals.

How sessions work

Sessions are 60 minutes, available one to one (1:1) or as a shared semi-private (1:2) session with a partner or friend. They run at Westway Sports & Fitness Centre in W10.
