Clear, straightforward pricing. Bupa is settled directly, and I provide receipts for all other insurers.

Home visits are priced on application, based on appointment time plus travel time. Strength and conditioning session pricing is confirmed when you book.
Private medical insurance
- Bupa UK is settled directly. Please provide your membership number and authorisation code before your appointment, and do check whether your policy carries an excess, as any shortfall is the patient's responsibility.
- All other insurers: I will provide a receipt for you to claim back. See the Terms & Conditions.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. With more than 24 hours' notice I can normally fill your slot and you will not be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full fee.
Payment
Payment is taken at the end of each appointment.
A friend in the USA, a physiotherapist herself, now sends her clients to Tony whenever they are in London. She is delighted to have someone here she can trust.
